Reflexology lymph Drainage (RLD) is a reflexology technique that focuses on working the lymphatic reflex points on the feet to aid the function of the lymphatic system, aiming to drain excess lymph away from the congested area. It was initially developed to help women suffering secondary (a swelling in the arms) following breast cancer. RLD is also used to treat other conditions such as eczema, fibromyalgia, ME, arthritis, migraines and sinus problems.
