Self-care has never been so important. These online Gua Sha sessions follow Cecily Bradens client care protocols and use her high quality, ethically-sourced Gua Sha tools and notes. One session of 1 hour and 20 minutes. Includes a CJB mookaite jasper mushroom Gua Sha tool and a 10ml Dee's Organics Gua Sha Facial Oil. Tension Tamer Clear quartz or bloodstone mushrooms are used to relieve tension where stress builds up in the neck, shoulders, jaw, eyes and head. Special gliding massage techniques are used, combining the use of the mushroom stone with breathing techniques and lymphatic drainage. Stuck energy gets released. These stones can be used hot or cold. Stress is the precurser to ageing, massage increases the parasympathetic nervous system, quietening the mind and physical body while de-stressing overall. Professional notes and facial maps will be emailed prior to the first session. Small group sessions can be arranged with friends at a discounted price.
