Self-care has never been so important. These online Gua Sha sessions follow Cecily Bradens client care protocols and use her high quality, ethically-sourced Gua Sha tools and notes. One session of 1 hour and 20 minutes. Includes a CJB rose quartz sculpting tool and a 10ml Dee's Organics Gua Sha Facial Oil. Sculpt and Smooth This session" does what it says on the tin"! A series of massage techniques are taught using the different angles of the sculpting spoon to lift and sculpt the face. You will learn various acupressure techniques to de-stress the skin and unlock tension. Inflammation can be reduced and excess fluid can be redirected away from areas where they can pool and cause puffiness e.g. around the eyes. Professional notes and facial maps will be emailed prior to the first session. Small group sessions can be arranged with friends at a discounted price.
